In October 2025, Bond brand maestro and keen Bond suit wrangler David Zaritsky (The Bond Experience) collaborated with famed London tailor Timothy Everest (The Man from UNCLE, Mission: Impossible) and landmark cutters Grey Flannel to create a suit in the spirit and bespoke tone of GoldenEye as the key Bond bullet marks thirty years of bringing in a new generation to further the reach of 007. The end goal was for David to wear the suit to host at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane as Warren Ringham’s Q The Music ensemble perform their landmark concert of the year in London.

Grey Flannel was founded by Richard Froomberg – a genuine clothing visionary and tailoring business futurist who pioneered a new thinking, imported lines and choice for the gentlemen of 1970s London. Now in the agile hands and crosshairs of Timothy Everest (Skyfall), he has steered London’s tailoring and some of the threads seen in Bond through a new bespoke movement.

A smart celebratory event was held at Grey Flannel’s Chiltern Street store with the sartorial gadgets, co-stars and spirit of Bond and Bond ’95 well represented by a veritable swatch of tailors, cutters, Bond suit advocates, lifestylers, and Bond world allies.

With a celebratory and GoldenEye minded introduction by David Zaritsky, the event soon moved to the basement and the physical hub of Grey Flannel – awash with worn leather armchairs, cutting mats with a history of their own, thousands of pins, threads, shears, spools, nods to Bond over the years, and the fascinating experience and insight of Timothy Everest.
Grey Flannel’s GOLDENEYE at 30 store, installation and Bond minded displays and clothing options are currently housed at the flagship store at 7 Chiltern Street, London.

Special thanks to David Zaritsky, Timothy Everest, the Grey Flannelers, and the Grey Flannel staff and team.
